Weekends always end all too soon.
Before i know it, it's sunday and i'll be up early the next day getting redy for sch. sigh.

Had a radically different weekend though. Met up w Darren again for dinner. Very sweet of him to pick me up fr school so i didnt have to rush off w a bag choked w worksheets waiting to be marked. Alfie's one cool movie which i'll highly recommend so if there's nothing to catch right now, Alfie's the one. Jude Law....how can u resist that? so wat are you waiting for? Warning though for those girlie girls, this is a male flick..written from the perspective of a roving male raging w testosterone and sex. Thinking show nonetheless and yes, please make sure u r above 18. Strangely british feel through and through...

Been a long while i get to be treated like a lady. Got driven around, dIdnt have to pay a single cent...I almost wanted to insist on paying. A voice juz came across my mind....strangely sounding like mich which warned me not to. So...i didnt. The quaint cafe's a nice place to sit and chat. Can't rem the name but it's next to Les Amis (the muchmore expensive one) round the corner of Shaw and the two are somehow connected.

Headed to this small cafe selling Turkish food along Arab St. Quite cool. Not usual will you get to see young people and yuppies puffing away on shish all around u. The fragrant smoke sure masked the deadliness of passive smoking. Even my hair didnt smell like the usual malboro whiff. Not that all these will tempt me to smoke shish but i was fascinated all the same. CAn imagine a wide-eyed gal semi-staring at the shish contraption, wondering how that worked. Hard to describe it but the entire equipment's made of metal that could stand like those champagne coolers and comes attached with a rubber tubing and a sucker-like object. Sincerely hope these suckers are clean..imagine the number of people who could have puffed and sucked it b4 you.

Wide-awake after the potent turkish coffee so headed home to grab the guitar and off to changi beach. Cant rem when was the last time i was there but it realli looked gorgeous. Perhaps even better than east coast. Sea breezes were strong and conversation's good. Finally crashed at 5plus in the morn and woke up to shower for lunch date with shirley in town.

Good meeting. No awkwardness though its been a while since our last meal together. Got a treat for my bday @ nydc. Hav to return the kindness so we headed to olio for coffee on my count. Service awaited and seriously dozed off a couple of times in between calls to dream big for God. well, i rather like to tink i m taking it literally and putting dreaming into action. Faith without works is dead yeah?=) haha.

Grateful to jeremy for passing me his usb plug so no more straining to plug in my thumb. Shall bless him w amos cookies next week.
Rushed off straight after service for dinner w leanna and gang. Dharma's kebabs were still awesome. Always...i repeat, always...order the beef tenderloins. You can never go wrong with those. This time, my treat. Think dicky's bday coming soon..and he mentioned seafood. Hmm..
Got flip flops from the gang..comfy balck and sparkly...maybe i'll sew some beads on..lol...still cant bear to chuck away the old pair.

Realised i m be kicked out of AA soon enuff. Had a mug of kilkenny and was rather dozy after that. Had a hand at pool but couldnt last beyond 11pm.
So here i m, bright and early and chirpy. Managed to burn all the em3 resources in a disc..praying and hoping that all errors were corrected. Shall turn to my think pile of worksheets soon.

Hope Big Guy knows what He's doing. It's been real stressful handling high-C jobs. That explains the shopping sprees and low spirits now and then. trying to stay on up...and stick post-it reminders all over my cubicle. In other aspects, am praying my heart's covered. Be safe, not sorry. haha..somehw this tagline came to mind.
what was it for?

oops...
AIDS?

Oh well..dun matter.
